SHOPZOP – LOOM SOLAR

**Important Advisory for Customers**

Customer has to make sure that his/her name on the Shopzop portal is the same as the name on the Electricity Bill (DISCOM), Aadhaar Card and PAN Card for getting the subsidy.

Step 1 – Order Placement

End customer should place the order on sz app . In order to avail subsidy customer has to make sure that his/her name is the same across the following documents and the Shopzop profile: • PAN Card • Aadhaar Card • Electricity Bill (DISCOM) Any mismatch in customer consent w.r.t. will impact subsidy eligibility.

Step 2 – Order Delivery

Loom Solar will deliver the product directly to the customer's shipping address.

Step 3 – Installation Request

After delivery, the customer has to contact Loom Solar Customer Care (Customer Care Email: support@loomsolar.com, Customer Care Contact No.: 011-40036959) for -  • Installation request • Subsidy-related coordination • Liaison support

Step 4 – Installation & Subsidy Facilitation

The authorized installation partner will handle: • Product installation • Fabrication work (if required) • Civil work (if required) • Liaison activities related to government subsidy Installation and subsidy-related charges are outside the scope of the product purchase and shall be paid directly by the customer to the authorized installation partner.

• Shopzop's role is limited to order management and coordination. • Installation, fabrication, civil work and subsidy liaison are managed by Loom Solar through its authorized partners. • Ensure all customer details are accurate to avoid delays in subsidy processing.
