ShopZop Partial Payment Cash on Delivery (PP-COD)

PP-COD allows you to pay only a portion of your order value while placing the order. The remaining amount is paid at the time of delivery.

The advance payment amount is determined by ShopZop and may vary from time to time. During checkout, you will clearly see the amount payable online and the remaining Cash on Delivery (COD) amount.

The remaining amount must be paid to the delivery partner at the time of delivery. Payment modes generally supported are Cash and UPI. Cheque and Demand Draft (DD) payments are not accepted for PP-COD orders.

Yes. If your order is eligible, you can choose either:
• Pay Full Amount Online
• Partial Payment – Cash on Delivery (PP-COD)

No. PP-COD availability depends on factors such as products, brands, sellers, delivery pincodes, cart value, and courier availability. ShopZop reserves the right to enable or disable PP-COD for any order at its sole discretion.

Yes. Eligible coupon codes can be applied according to the applicable coupon terms. The online payment amount and COD amount are calculated after applying the eligible discount.

If your order is undelivered or returned to origin (RTO), the advance payment will be refunded according to ShopZop's Refund Policy. ShopZop may introduce applicable RTO handling charges for PP-COD orders in the future. Customers will be informed before such a policy becomes effective.

Refusing delivery or failing to accept the shipment may result in the order being treated as a Return to Origin (RTO). Applicable forward and return logistics charges may be recovered wherever applicable. Repeated refusals may affect your eligibility for future PP-COD orders.

Approved refunds will be transferred directly to your registered bank account. If your bank details are not available, you will be requested to add them before the refund can be processed. The account holder's name must match your registered ShopZop profile name; otherwise, the refund may be delayed or rejected.

If your payment is successful but the order is not created due to a technical issue, the advance payment will be refunded automatically as per ShopZop's payment and refund process.

Yes. If your order is fulfilled in multiple shipments, the payment status for each shipment will be maintained separately wherever applicable.

Yes. The maximum COD amount is subject to courier partner limits. Generally, the COD limit is ₹49,999, although this may change at any time. If the COD amount exceeds the permissible limit, the remaining amount must be paid online during checkout. The applicable limit will always be displayed before you place your order.

No. Once an order has been successfully placed, the selected payment option (Full Payment or Partial Payment Cash on Delivery) cannot be changed.

PP-COD may not be available due to one or more of the following reasons:
• Your delivery pincode is not eligible.
• The selected product, brand, or seller is excluded.
• Your cart value does not meet the eligibility criteria.
• COD service is unavailable for your location.
• Your account is not eligible for PP-COD.
• Other operational or risk-related restrictions determined by ShopZop.
