Open Box Delivery allows customers to inspect the product at the time of delivery before accepting it. Inspection is strictly limited to checking the physical condition of the product and included accessories only.

Open Box Delivery is available only on selected products and categories. Eligible products will be clearly marked on the product detail page. Availability may vary by brand, category, and order value.

During inspection, you may verify:
• Physical damage (dents, cracks, broken parts)
• Correct product model and color
• Presence of mandatory accessories (charger, cables, manuals, etc.)

Not allowed during inspection:
• Functional or performance testing
• Installation or usage
• Software setup or configuration checks

Once the delivery is accepted, the product is considered received in good condition. Claims related to physical damage or missing accessories will not be entertained after acceptance.

You may refuse delivery only if:
• The product is physically damaged
• An incorrect product or variant is delivered
• Mandatory accessories are missing

If delivery is refused, the product must be repacked in its original packaging in the presence of the delivery executive to ensure secure return.

The OTP or digital confirmation must be shared only after successful inspection and acceptance of the product. Sharing the OTP confirms acceptance of delivery.

Any misuse of the Open Box Delivery process, including swapping parts, intentional damage, or tampering with the product or accessories, may lead to cancellation of return, replacement, or refund eligibility.
