Participation is open to all verified and active Retailers/Dealers registered on the Shopzop e-commerce platform.
Only successfully billed and delivered orders (excluding cancelled, returned orders) will be considered. All Dish TV/Dish Infra products including Sansui TV to be excluded from the billed amount.
The contest duration is 90 calendar days from 11th August 2025 to 8th November 2025. Only orders billed within this period will be counted.
Top 3 retailers from each state with the highest billed value (minimum ₹7,00,000) will be eligible for a prize amount equivalent to a Scooty worth ₹70,000 after submission of valid proof of purchase (i.e. Invoice / RC copy). After verification of documents, Shopzop will reimburse the prize amount after deduction of applicable taxes. In case of a tie, early achievement and higher order count will be considered.
Top 300 retailers nationally (minimum billed value ₹2,00,000) will receive a shop upgrade worth ₹20,000 with solar-powered signage, counter setup and other elements. All shop upgrades will be executed only through Shopzop empaneled vendors. All decisions regarding shop upgrades shall lie with Shopzop.
Rewards will be fulfilled within 60 days of contest end after verification of required documents. Winners will be contacted via their registered contact details. Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and not redeemable in cash except as provided under Clause 4. All applicable taxes or charges are to be borne by the winners and furnished to Shopzop with documentary proof/evidence.
In compliance with Section 194B of the Income Tax Act, 1961, winnings above ₹10,000 are subject to Tax Deduction at Source (TDS) at the rate of 31.2% (30% Tax + 4% Cess) at the time of payment. The tax amount will be deducted from the prize before disbursement. Winners must furnish valid PAN and other necessary details for TDS compliance.
Any item purchased to distribute as a ‘gift’ is covered under blocked Input Tax Credit as per Section 17(5)(h) of the CGST Act, 2017. Hence, GST paid on such purchases shall not be available for ITC in GSTR-3B and needs to be reported as ineligible ITC.
Shopzop reserves the right to verify all transactions and disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, manipulation, or company policy violations. Shopzop's decision will be final and binding.
Shopzop shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or delays related to participation, delivery of rewards, or third-party product issues.
In case of force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemic), the contest may be delayed, modified, or cancelled without prior notice.

This contest and its terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.
By participating, retailers consent to these terms and authorize Shopzop to use their name, business, and photos for promotional purposes.
All prizes shall be subject to applicable laws, including tax laws and regulations in force.
