Dear Retail Partner — OTP misuse can cause delivery fraud and order loss. Please follow these mandatory safety rules at all times.
What You Must NOT Do
- Do not share OTP on phone calls
- Do not share OTP on WhatsApp or SMS
- No OTP for refund or KYC verification
- Do not trust courier/HQ caller claims
What You Should Do
- Share OTP only at doorstep delivery
- Verify parcel before sharing
- Share only with delivery executive
- Contact ShopZop support if unsure
Fraud Call Signals
- “Order will cancel if OTP not shared”
- “OTP needed for refund”
- “Calling from head office”
- “Courier verification required”
